Professional Experience

Mr. Casey serves as outside general corporate and securities counsel to a variety of publicly held and privately held companies, including retail, manufacturing, technology, asset management, hospitality, semiconductor technology and document and data services companies. Mr. Casey is the leader of the firm's Public Companies practice group. Representative clients include: The Talbots Inc., International Flavors & Fragrances, Joseph Abboud, Dress Barn, The Phoenix Companies, Inc., Xerox, Agfa Film, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, Virtus Investment Partners, Rudolph Technologies, Innovation Data Processing, Liberty Science Center, The Seeing Eye and The Geraldine R.
