Professional Experience
Michael T. Rave counsels business entities on corporate and securities law issues including mergers and acquisitions and public and private capital raising. Mr. Rave advises public companies on federal securities law compliance and corporate governance. He also advises financial institutions on state and federal regulatory issues.
