Many of our attorneys have served as leaders in various aspects of the insurance industry. Members of the Day Pitney insurance practice include the former Chairman of the Board of ARIAS-US, the former head of compliance of a national health insurer, the former president of a Texas-based life insurer, and a former state insurance legislator. The Day Pitney Insurance practice represents clients in litigation and non-litigation matters, with members of the Insurance Regulation and Transactions practice focused on assisting clients with their insurance regulatory and transactional needs.
