With its historical roots in Hartford, Connecticut, the Day Pitney Insurance practice has long enjoyed a close working relationship with some of the world’s leading insurance companies. Members of the Day Pitney insurance practice include the former Chairman of the Board of ARIAS-US, the former head of compliance of a national health insurer, the former president of a Texas-based life insurer, and a former state insurance legislator. The Day Pitney Insurance practice represents clients in litigation and non-litigation matters, with members of the Insurance Regulation and Transactions practice focused on assisting clients with their insurance regulatory and transactional needs.
