Select Legal Issues for Startups

David Waizer gave a presentation, "Select Legal Issues for Startups," at the Rutgers Business School Collaborative for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (CTEC). The CTEC focuses on translating cutting-edge technology and scientific discoveries into new business opportunities as startup ventures or new lines of business. It offers educational and outreach services and serves as a hub where students, faculty, investors and professionals come together with the common goal of building the future through innovation grounded in a foundation of sound business practices.
