American Law Institute CLE International Trusts and Estate Planning 2016

On October 27, Dina Kapur Sanna will be speaking at the American Law Institute CLE International Trusts and Estate Planning 2016 in Washington D.C. This two-day CLE program offers practitioners the latest information and practical strategies about tax, trusts, and estate planning so as to properly advise their clients with international connections. At the CLE, Dina will be giving a presentation on, "Planning for U.S. Clients with Foreign Property," to discuss legal and tax issues that arise when U.S. citizen and resident clients own property in foreign countries. She will also be speaking on a panel called, "Practical Advice for Clients with Foreign Trusts and Foreign Business Interests," in which the discussion will focus on how to overcome issues and complications associated with foreign trusts.
