Day Pitney Adds Four Lateral Partners, Solidifying Firm as One of the Largest Private Client Teams in Boston
Firm has added 12 Attorneys to the Private Client Department since beginning of the year to reach a milestone of nearly 90 attorneys in the practice firmwide.
Amidst a year of continued growth, Day Pitney LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of four lateral partners to the firm's Boston Office. Tiffany Bentley, Ann Hetherwick "Hether" Cahill, Christine N. Fletcher, and David S. Raymon will join the firm as partners in the Private Client Department. The team will continue to focus their practices on private client matters and fiduciary litigation matters including probate litigation. Prior to joining Day Pitney, the team worked closely together at Burns & Levinson LLP, where Fletcher was the chair of the Trusts & Estates Department and co-chair of the Private Client Group.
With the addition of Bentley, Cahill, Fletcher, and Raymon, Day Pitney's Boston office now has more than 25 attorneys dedicated to private clients, solidifying the Boston group as one of the largest teams of attorneys focused on high net worth clients in the Boston market.

Since the beginning of the year, Day Pitney has added 12 attorneys to its Private Client Department. Day Pitney has a strong history of recruiting private client attorneys, including recruiting a large group from Bingham McCutchen in 2014; merging with Chapin, Ballerano & Cheslack in 2016, which expanded the firm's footprint into Florida with its Boca Raton Office; and merging with Providence-based Howland Evangelista Kohlenberg in 2021, which expanded the firm into Rhode Island.

Tiffany Bentley focuses her practice on all aspects of fiduciary litigation and family law. She counsels clients through estate and trust disputes, divorce and custody issues, and related matters. Bentley serves on the board of directors of Greater Boston Legal Services and the Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Court, and she dedicates substantial pro bono time through the Attorneys Representing Children program in the Probate and Family Court. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Worcester Bar Association, Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem, Greater Boston Family Law American Inn of Court, American Association for Certified Financial Litigators, and Women's Bar Association. Ann Hetherwick "Hether" Cahill represents individuals and professional fiduciaries in estate and trust matters, guardianships/conservatorships, and family law. She previously clerked for the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Cahill is the Articles Editor for the Massachusetts Law Review of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a recent co-chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Section of the Boston Bar Association. In 2020, Cahill was named to the "Top Women of Law" list by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (click here for Massachusetts Lawyer Weekly methodology). She is active in her community as the vice-chair of the Brookline Community Foundation's Professional Advisors Committee, and a member of the Boston Committee of The Mount. Christine N. Fletcher has more than two decades of experience advising clients through the legal aspects of personal life. Her practice concentrates on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, and family business matters. Fletcher is an active speaker and regular contributor to Forbes.com where she gives advice on successfully managing trusts and estates. She was named to Boston magazine's Top Lawyers list for Trusts and Estates for 2021 and 2022 (click here for Boston magazine's methodology) and named a Top Author in Wealth Management in 2020 by JD Supra Reader's Choice Awards (click here for JD Supra Reader's Choice methodology). Fletcher is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Family Firm Institute, and Boston Probate & Estate Planning Forum. David S. Raymon focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and the various issues that arise in the context of trusts and estates. As an attorney and certified public accountant (CPA), Raymon is qualified to advise his clients on the tax and non-tax aspects of trusts and estates. He serves as the chair of the Sponsorship Committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council, sits on the board of the Real Estate Bar Association, and is also chair of the REBA Probate and Trust Section. Raymon is a member of the Professional Advisors Committee of the Boston Foundation. He earned his B.B.A. from Emory University Goizueta Business School and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
