“Taking Deposition Interactive Workshop 2024,” MCLE
Boston partner Hether Cahill will be a faculty member during the upcoming Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) “Taking Depositions Interactive Workshop 2024,” including presenting specifically on the topic “Using Demonstratives,” on October 18.
The presentation will cover using documents during a deposition examination and laying the founding for a document’s admissibility during trial. During MCLE’s interactive workshop, new attorneys will learn or enhance their skills in preparing for, taking, defending, and using depositions at trial. Boston partner Hether Cahill and the other panelists will play the role of counsel and witnesses, as well as provide feedback to the new attorneys participating in the workshop, during mock exercises.
