Overview

Anthony Marchetta is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and practices exclusively in the area of civil trial law, including complex commercial, securities, product liability and negligence, insurance, and environmental claims throughout the United States. He served as national coordinating counsel for a number of major corporations in product liability and negligence litigation. He has also handled numerous class actions and securities litigation matters.

In addition to complex commercial cases, Mr. Marchetta litigates intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark and trade secret cases. He has also represented corporate clients in matters involving restrictive covenant in employment contracts. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts around the country and handled all appellate work in connection with these trials.

Mr. Marchetta is a frequent author and speaker on litigation topics. He has been quoted in numerous business and law periodicals.
