Day Pitney Earns Score of 100 Percent in the 2018 Corporate Equality Index
Day Pitney is pleased to announce that the firm has received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices relating to LGBT workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
Day Pitney also received a perfect score on the index last year. With its 100 percent ranking for the second consecutive year, Day Pitney again earned the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality by the foundation.

The 2018 CEI rated more than 1,000 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, spousal and partner medical benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT community.
