Day Pitney Partner Benjamin Haglund Elected Chair of Lex Mundi's Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Lex Mundi, the world's leading network of independent law firms, elected Benjamin Haglund to serve as Chair of its Board of Directors during the 2019 Lex Mundi Leadership Summit and Annual Conference in London. "I am fortunate to have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of inspirational leaders and continue to drive Lex Mundi's longstanding reputation as an innovative, highly responsive, and world-class market leader," said Haglund, who is based in Day Pitney's New Jersey office.
Haglund has served on the Lex Mundi Board of Directors since 2015 and previously held the positions of Chair-Elect for the 2018 – 2019 term, Secretary for the 2017 – 2018 term, and Treasurer for the 2016 – 2017 term. In addition, Haglund also serves on the Board of Directors of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation, a nonprofit corporation and an affiliate of Lex Mundi. The Foundation engages Lex Mundi's global network of lawyers to bring about social change that improves communities and lives through pro bono legal services.
