Seton Hall Law School Honors Ben Haglund for Diversity & Inclusion Leadership and Advocacy
On April 11, Seton Hall Law School honored Ben Haglund for his work in advancing diversity and inclusion in law firms and law departments at Seton Hall Law School's annual Diversity Banquet. In addition to recognizing key diversity and inclusion leaders and advocates, the event raises scholarship funds for diverse law students. Haglund was selected to receive the award by students from the Arab Law Students Association, the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, the Black Law Students Association, Lambda Law Alliance and the Latin American Law Students Association. In addition to Haglund, Lora L. Fong, Esq., Assistant Attorney General, New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and Vaughn L. McKoy, Esq., Vice President – Legal, PSEG Long Island were also honored. Opening remarks were given by Dean Kathleen Boozang and the keynote speaker was Julissa Reynoso, Esq., former U.S. Ambassador to Uruguay.
