Erick Sandler Moderates Appellate Advocacy Section Seminar at CBA Annual Meeting

Erick Sandler will moderate a panel discussion at the Connecticut Bar Association's Annual Meeting on June 17. This Appellate Advocacy section seminar will cover new rules requiring parties to collect and present the pertinent portions of the trial court record to the appellate court, and will feature Connecticut Supreme Court Justice Peter T. Zarella.
