Our financing experience includes construction, permanent and mezzanine loans and covers multiple asset classes, including office, regional retail malls and strip centers, hotel, warehouse, industrial, multifamily residential and other land development projects throughout the Country.
In addition to our traditional lender-side practice, our team has an extensive history of experience representing borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions by successfully leveraging institutional knowledge and experience for the benefit of our clients. Our attorneys also focus on creatively structuring transactions, to achieve the tax, accounting and regulatory objectives of our clients.
