Overview
Jessica "Jess" Thomas represents businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters involving contract, tort and product liability disputes.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Jess served as a law clerk for the Honorable Janet Hall of the U.S. District Court in New Haven, CT.
As a member of the New York Pro Bono Scholars Program, Jess spent her last semester at UConn Law, where she graduated at the top of her class, interning for the Office of the Public Defender in Middletown, CT. She also served as a law clerk for the University of Connecticut's Office of the General Counsel, and she interned for the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant in the U.S. District Court in Hartford, CT. Jess was a Summer Associate at Day Pitney in 2021.
