Craig Gianetti Named PulteGroup's Land Consultant of the Year for the Northeast Corridor Division

Day Pitney is pleased to announce that Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use practice co-chair Craig Gianetti has been named PulteGroup’s 2024 Land Consultant of the Year for the Northeast Corridor Division. This division encompasses New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware, and southern New York.
 
Gianetti was recognized for his work with Pulte Homes of NJ on development projects in Far Hills and Denville, NJ. His contributions included securing development approvals, ensuring affordable housing compliance, and with respect to Far Hills, handling litigation related to permit issuance.
 
PulteGroup, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., operates in over 40 markets nationwide and collaborates with Day Pitney on New Jersey land acquisitions and development.
