Overview

Day Pitney's skilled appellate lawyers, led by retired Chief Justice Chase Rogers of the Connecticut Supreme Court and John Cerreta, Partner and Chair of the Product Liability and Torts Litigation practice, handle complex appeals and proceedings in courts including the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals and the highest courts in multiple states.
