On May 14, 2014, Day Pitney was a Celebration Supporter of the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity 10th Annual Edwin Archer Randolph Diversity Award Celebration held in Hartford, Connecticut. This year's award recipient was University of Connecticut Law School Assistant Dean of Students Karen DeMeola.

More than 100 guests attended the event, including Day Pitney attorneys Richard Wasserman, James Rotondo, Laura Schuyler, Marie Bertrand, Matthew Shiroma, Keegan Drenosky, Benjamin Nissim, and Ernie Mattei, Recruitment Manager Jill Little, Diversity Program Manager Shirley Omicioli and Director of Diversity Asker Saeed.
