Trusts and Estates Partners Participate in ALI-ABA Course
Partners Steven Fast and Leiha Macauley are scheduled to facilitate an upcoming ALI-ABA course titled, "Representing Estate and Trust Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries."
The 13th Annual Advanced ALI-ABA course of study for the estate planner, litigator, and corporate fiduciary counsel will take place at the Langham Hotel in Boston July 15 and 16.
This is the annual event for lawyers representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries and for estate planning and estate and trust administration professionals, risk managers, investment officers and relationship managers, investment advisors, and financial planners.
