Massachusetts Bar Association's Third Annual Probate Law Conference
On November 13, Jillian Hirsch and Peter Shapland spoke at the Massachusetts Bar Association's Third Annual Probate Law Conference. Shapland was the co-moderator of the “Trust Administration” panel, and also spoke on the topic of “Discretionary Distributions from Irrevocable Trusts.” Hirsch was a speaker on the “Trust Administration” panel and spoke on a variety of topics arising under the Mass. Uniform Trust Code.
