Atlantic Builders Convention
On March 30-31, Craig Gianetti and Kate Coffey will be speaking at the Atlantic Builders Convention, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), in Atlantic City, NJ. ABC is the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast, drawing approximately 6,500 participants from the Northeast region, including residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers and subcontractors, plus a variety of manufacturers, suppliers, and consulting professionals. Gianetti will be speaking on a panel about legal trends in land use. Coffey will be speaking on a panel about revising dormant projects, the expiration of the Permit Extension Act and other due diligence issues.
