Liability Relief and the Connecticut Brownfield Remediation and Revitalization Program (BRRP)
On May 17, Beth Barton spoke on a panel on Liability Relief and the Connecticut Brownfield Remediation and Revitalization Program (BRRP) at the 2016 Connecticut Brownfields Conference. This panel focused on incentives to redevelop brownfields in Connecticut, including statutory options affording liability relief in response to concerns that can stymie brownfield redevelopment.
