2016 Nuts and Bolts of Federal Practice
On October 20, Beth Sher will speak on a panel at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar called, "2016 Nuts and Bolts of Federal Practice." The program, which will take place at The Newark Club, will cover key insights to advocacy before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, including the "dos" and "don’ts" with respect to initiating a lawsuit, removal, order to show cause and applications for injunctive relief, pretrial practice before magistrate judges, mediation and settlement techniques, dispositive motions and trial.
