Day Pitney’s Third Annual Trustee Roundtable
On October 26, Paul Marino, Angela Titus McEwan, Warren Whitaker and Jay Kauffman will be speaking at Day Pitney's Third Annual Trustee Roundtable at The Yale Club of New York City. At the event, Day Pitney attorneys will give presentations to local trust officers and trust counsel from around the tri-state area. Paul Marino will speak about probate controversies and address recent cases in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Angela Titus McEwan will address the advent of the Uniform Trust Code in New Jersey and implications for corporate trustees. Jay Kauffman will discuss the Uniform Trust Code in Florida. Lastly, Warren Whitaker will speak about U.S. trusts with foreign beneficiaries.
