National Institute for Trial Advocacy Training Program in Tokyo
September 2, 2017
Elizabeth (Beth) Sher was invited to participate in a National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) symposium and training program in Tokyo that took place September 2-3, 2017. The program was hosted by Japan's PSIM Consortium and featured a day of discussions on issues related to experiential legal training. On the second day, Sher, who is a program director and faculty member for NITA programs throughout the U.S., co-presented a trial-skills program for about 12 Japanese lawyers and law school students, which PSIM member professors observed first-hand. Sher wrote a summary of her experience, which was published on the NITA website. The article can be found here.
