Regulatory Enforcement and Compliance Assistance in 2018: Two Sides of the Same Coin?

On May 18, Beth Barton and Mike Miller will be speaking at the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) Energy & Environment Conference in Farmington, CT. Barton and Miller will lead a breakout session, entitled "Regulatory Enforcement and Compliance Assistance in 2018: Two Sides of the Same Coin?". Panel participants will include: Beth Deabay, Acting Chief of the Technical Enforcement Branch, U.S. EPA Region 1; Matthew Levine, Assistant Attorney General, Connecticut Office of the Attorney General; Nicole Lugli, Director, Office of Policy, Planning and Program Development, Office of the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection; and Kenneth Collette, Staff Attorney, Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
