Water is a Public Trust Resource in Connecticut

On March 9, Beth Barton will be speaking at the Water: Public Trust Resource? Private Resource? Or Both? conference being held at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. Barton will be a panelist during the breakout session, entitled "Water is a Public Trust Resource in Connecticut" and she will discussing legal considerations associated with water as a public trust or private resource. Barton served on the Connecticut Water Planning Council Steering Committee for development of the State Water Plan.
