Connecticut Business & Industry Association 2019 Energy & Environment Conference

On June 13, Beth Barton and Harold Blinderman spoke at the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) 2019 Energy & Environment Conference in Cromwell, CT. The annual conference provided updates and insights on current energy and environmental developments of interest to Connecticut businesses. Blinderman, in his capacity as Waste Task Force co-chair of CBIA's Energy & Environment Council, discussed noteworthy state and federal regulatory developments. Barton participated on a panel that addressed opportunity zones in Connecticut, recent Transfer Act changes, Connecticut's remediation standards, and brownfield developments, initiatives and challenges.
