It's Tricky: Navigating a Potpourri of Probate Pitfalls in Florida

On November 19, Stephanie Eassa Rapp will be speaking at the Probate Law 2021 hybrid webinar hosted by the Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Rapp will be covering the session, "It's Tricky: Navigating a Potpourri of Probate Pitfalls in Florida."

The annual seminar is designed for Florida estate planners and probate practitioners of all experience levels. It covers a wide range of valuable estate planning and probate administration material, including detailed discussions regarding the new world of electronic wills, navigating through common probate administration pitfalls in Florida, an ethics primer on fiduciary fees and costs, and a recent case law update. In addition to receiving eight credit hours which count towards Board Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates, attendees will also receive one credit hour each towards ethics or professionalism.
