"Timely Topics for Assessors and Appraisers," Annual New Jersey Seminar of the Society of Professional Assessors
New Jersey-based partner Christopher Stracco is speaking on a panel at the Annual New Jersey Seminar of the Society of Professional Assessors titled, "Timely Topics for Assessors and Appraisers," on April 8. The discussion will provide an overview of the industrial real estate market to include a post pandemic forecast of where values are trending. Additional topics covered will include land valuation techniques, appropriate use and development of PILOT agreements, and an update on recent Tax Court decisions and their effect on upcoming property tax issues.
