"Foreign Tax Credit Planning Opportunities and IRS Funding Implications," Boston Bar Association
On December 7, Day Pitney Tax Senior Associate Megan Ferris and Associate Mariano Robert Beecher will be participating in the webinar, "Foreign Tax Credit Planning Opportunities and IRS Funding Implications," sponsored by the Boston Bar Association. The panel will present on the recent changes to the foreign tax credit regulations and describe foreign tax credit planning considerations and opportunities for individuals and business enterprises. The panel will also describe anticipated changes to the IRS as a result of 80 billion dollars in new funding over the next 10 years.
