On December 5, Day Pitney Energy and Utilities Attorney Rosendo Garza is moderating the "Can Markets Get Us More Reliable?" at the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association's Annual Power Markets Conference, "Electricity Markets at a Crossroads: How to Achieve Decarbonization While Maintaining Reliability & Affordability."
