"The Many Benefits of Financial Modeling in the Estate Planning Process," New York State Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Law Section

New York Partner Michael S. Schwartz will be a speaker at the Trusts and Estates Law Section Spring 2023 Meeting of the New York State Bar Association, being held from April 27 to 30 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

As section chair, Schwartz will offer the welcoming address to the conference. He will also co-present the session, "The Many Benefits of Financial Modeling in the Estate Planning Process." The session will be an interactive panel showing the potential benefits of financial modeling for estate planning techniques. Michael will provide the perspective of the practitioner for the session. The speakers also plan to illustrate how this kind of analysis could potentially alter the way the client and their advisor might approach estate planning.
