"2023 Cannabis Summit," Garden State Bar Association

On May 16, Day Pitney Real Estate Counsel Amanda Curley, Senior Associate Luke Pontier and Regulated Substances Employment Associate Daniel Pierre will speak at the Garden State Bar Association's 2023 Cannabis Summit.

This event is the GSBA's inaugural cannabis law conference, and is curated for the NJ business community. It will provide access and education to students, operators, investors, entrepreneurs and lawyers about the legal landscape and industry trends. The half-day summit will focus on access, justice, and opportunity in the cannabis industry for diverse entrepreneurs in New Jersey.

Curley and Pontier will be on the "Navigating the Legal Considerations in the Cannabis Industry" panel that will examine the different legal practice areas needed to create a successful cannabis establishment.

Pierre will moderate the "Social Equity Concerns in New Jersey's Cannabis Landscape" panel that will examine the social equity concerns impacting the cannabis industry. The panelists will feature several trailblazers in the industry.
