"Estate Planning: MCLE: BasicsPlus!," Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education New England Chapter

On May 22, Day Pitney Trusts and Estates Attorneys Amy Lonergan, Heidi Seely and Christopher Voukides will be presenting at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education New England Chapter's, "Estate Planning: MCLE: BasicsPlus!" program. The program gives attorneys an overview of planning for a modest estate and the in-depth knowledge they need to plan for a variety of estate matters and effectively run their practice.

Lonergan, a Trusts and Estates Partner, will be presenting, "Business Succession Planning." Seely, a Trusts and Estates Counsel, will be presenting, "Initial Steps, Fundamentals & Estate Planning Documents." Voukides, a Trusts and Estates Senior Associate, will be presenting, "Post-Mortem Planning."
