On June 1, Day Pitney Employment and Labor Partner Francine Esposito spoke at the Lex Mundi Global Labor and Employment and Employee Benefits & Pensions Practice Group Meeting on the panel, “Hot Topics in Employment Law: Artificial Intelligence,” in New York City. She was joined on the panel by attorneys from both the U.K. and Italy. Esposito presented on existing and pending legislation, governmental regulation, litigation, and concerning use of artificial intelligence.
