On November 3, Day Pitney's chair of Data Privacy, Protection and Litigation practice group William Roberts spoke with colleagues from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and national utilities at the National Association of Water Companies' New England Region meeting. Roberts hosted a panel of cyber security leaders from government and the private utility sector on how utilities can be breach ready from a technical, legal, and contractual perspective.
