"Alternative & Non-Traditional Lending - The Good, the Bad & the Ugly," Navigating the Future, New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention
On May 15, Day Pitney Litigation Partner Christina A. Livorsi is speaking on the panel, "Alternative & Non-Traditional Lending - The Good, the Bad & the Ugly," at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention. In a depressed economy and as traditional lending sources contract, middle market businesses often turn to alternative and nontraditional lending sources to maintain cashflow and their business operations. Livorsi and the panel will discuss the nature of these lending arrangements, including merchant cash advances, documentation, remedies and enforcement.
The New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention welcomes judges, lawyers and law clerks from around New Jersey for networking and educational seminars, where attendees can earn up to 16 CLE credits, as well as the annual installation of officers. The keynote speaker will be Information Data Scientist Dr. Chris Mattmann, who has extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, information retrieval and cybersecurity.
