On May 16, Day Pitney Litigation Partner Naju Lathia is speaking on the "Advanced Issues with AI: Balancing Innovation and Risk," panel at the New Jersey State Bar Association annual convention being held at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. The panel will explore topics like the impact of AI on document creation, review, and negotiation, its role in the courtroom, and its influence on legal staffing and discovery processes.

Lathia, co-chair of the firm's Data Privacy, Protection and Litigation practice, is joined by moderator Dr. Robert Spangler (NJSBA) and panelists Steven J.
