"Best Practices for Retaining and Elevating Diverse Attorneys," AFBNJ and the HBA of New Jersey

On October 16, Day Pitney Partner Rachel Gonzalez will be participating in the "Best Practices for Retaining and Elevating Diverse Attorneys," panel sponsored by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. The discussion will include best practices and challenges in the current recruitment and retention environment, including usage of pipeline programs, partnerships with diversity Bar Associations, and how internal support fosters an environment for growth. The panel will be moderated by Tricia B. O'Reilly (Walsh Pizzi O'Reilly Falanga LLP) and Gonzalez will be joined on the panel by Hon. Rukhsanah L. Singh (U.S. Magistrate Judge, District of New Jersey), Jacqueline Pena (Bowman and Brooke LLP), and Asker A. Saeed (KPPB Law).
