First phase of long-awaited ‘Power Station' project breaks ground in Allenhurst

Real Estate, Environmental, and Land Use Practice co-chair Craig Gianetti was recently featured in Real Estate NJ Magazine for his leadership on the Power Station redevelopment project in Allenhurst, New Jersey. Gianetti, assisted by Counsel Amanda Curley, led the land use efforts guiding the project through complex zoning, redevelopment, and litigation challenges, enabling the developer to break ground on a transformative, multi-phase development that includes luxury townhomes, mixed-use housing, and affordable units. Their work played a key role in helping the municipality meet its affordable housing obligations and in moving the long-awaited redevelopment project forward.
