Redevelopment: Securing Approval Rights After Expiration of the Permit Extension Act

Peter Wolfson, Kate Coffey and Nicole Magdziak wrote an article, "Redevelopment: Securing Approval Rights After Expiration of the Permit Extension Act," for The New Jersey Law Journal.  The article suggests redevelopment as a tool to secure longer development rights than those typically available under the Municipal Land Use Law, in the wake of the expiration of the Permit Extension Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-136.1 et seq. on June 30, 2016
