Setting the Pace for Diversity Advancement
Kathy Bowman-Williams authored an article, "Setting the Pace for Diversity Advancement," for MultiCultural Law magazine. The article discusses Day Pitney's commitment to diversity and inclusion through several initiatives, including the firm's summer associate and intern programs, and the Day Pitney Attorney's of Color (DPAC) and Women Working Together (WWT) programs. Mary Rogers, Chair of Day Pitney's Labor and Employment Group and a member of the firm's Executive Committee, was quoted in the article about the importance of diversity initiatives at Day Pitney. "We want to be certain we have programs in place, such as active mentoring, to ensure our diverse associates can succeed in the law firm," Rogers said. The article also appears on Savoy.
