Margaret Meehan, Tiana Gianopulos and Alexis Gettier collaborated on an article, "New Direction: The Connecticut Uniform Directed Trust Act" for the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. The article, published in the Spring 2020 issue, discusses the inclusion of the Uniform Directed Trust Act in the new Connecticut Uniform Trust Code, focusing on the estate planning opportunities provided by directed trusts and setting forth policy and practical considerations for practitioners in counseling clients and drafting directed trusts.
