Boston Bar Association Virtual Energy Conference
On July 15, David Doot will be a panelist for the webinar, "BBA Virtual Conference: 2020 Virtual Energy Conference," hosted by the Boston Bar Association. The webinar will be a way for lawyers to connect and give insight into the changes that are developing with the sale, use and conservation of energy resources. Doot's panel will present on key developments at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, including discussion of the increasing jurisdictional conflicts between the states and the FERC and various efforts underway to address those conflicts and potentially to adjust markets to be more compatible with states' decarbonization goals.
