Day Pitney Private Client Partner Michael Schwartz authored the introduction to the Summer issue of the New York State Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Law Section Journal. Earlier this year, Schwartz was appointed to serve as the Chair of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the NYSBA.
