Real Estate Litigation Partner Christopher Stracco in the New Jersey Star-Ledger: "Residents Sue to Block Cell Tower in Essex Fells"

A plan to allow AT&T and T-Mobile to build a 115-foot cell tower in a wooded New Jersey park has some residents accusing the local planning board of acting improperly and ignoring municipal law.

But AT&T's lawyer, Christopher Stracco, said the board didn't do anything wrong.

"Our general position is what the board did was perfectly appropriate, didn't make any errors, and that the board's decision should be affirmed," he said.
