<i>Law360</i> Features Day Pitney Win for Squiretown Properties
Day Pitney's August 30 victory for Squiretown Properties LLC in its builder's remedy dispute with the township of Livingston, NJ, was featured in a September 3 article in Law360. Craig Gianetti, who represented Squiretown, told the publication: "There are towns out there that still don't have affordable housing plans, and they've been aware of the obligation and have chosen not to comply for one reason or another." He said that this latest decision may encourage some towns to come up with such a plan.
