Harold Blinderman was quoted in the article, “States Fine-Tune EPA Carbon Emissions Initiative” in The National Law Journal. Blinderman was quoted on President Barack Obama’s prioritized efforts to promote alternative energy and reduce carbon emissions under the Clean Air Act. Blinderman discusses state implementation of plan requirements to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from power plants by 32 percent of 2005 levels by 2030.
