Eliza Fromberg was quoted in an article, “Outsourced CCOs: New Risk Alert Warns of Compliance Weakness,” in ACA Insight. Fromberg says it is extremely difficult for a CCO to have the requisite authority to compel firm employees to comply with the firm’s compliance policies and procedures when the CCO has an outsourced role.
