Gianetti discusses representing a client based in NJ that was looking to relocate to a larger facility out of state. However, Gianetti analyzed the availability of New Jersey incentives that could be available to the client to stay in New Jersey, which resulted in the New Jersey Economic Development Authority awarding Grow NJ tax credit incentives to the company to say in New Jersey.
